Chris Schofield Managing Director at IM UK Ltd Chris Schofield spent more than 20 years working in the High Tech Electronics and Analytical Instrumentation business. Holding executive positions with several large British and American companies. He participated in the “Dot Com” boom in Silicon Valley, California in the late nineties, as an Executive Director of a San Francisco based American listed (AMEX) corporation. Supplying power conversion equipment to companies such as Cisco and Bay Networks (later Nortel). Notable achievements were negotiating a multi-million euro deal with the Telecoms company Ericsson in Sweden for the supply of Inverters used to power AC equipment in remote mobile phone base stations. He was also involved in supplying the British Royal Navy with Military Grade power conversion equipment that was included on every vessel in the British Naval fleet.

In 2002 Chris decided to change direction, at this time the Internet was a relatively new phenomenon, he saw the potential of Internet Marketing and invested in forming a new company in the UK dedicated to providing Internet Marketing services to UK businesses.

An engineer at heart, Chris loves the technical challenges that the Internet presents and project manages all of our banking and pharma solutions from start to finish.

Eric Cook digital strategist Eric Cook is a “recovering banker” of 15 years turned digital strategist and award-winning web designer with WSI, the world’s largest digital agency network. A two-time contributing author of the best-selling book Digital Minds: 12 Things Every Business Needs to Know About Digital Marketing, he routinely works with community banks around the United States helping with online strategy, social media utilization and helping to enhance their overall digital presence. On faculty with several banking schools around the country, Eric loves educating community bankers and helping lead the digital charge to help connect and engage in the 21st century.

Professionally, Eric helps his clients in all areas of digital marketing, which includes mobile-responsive web development, search marketing and optimization, social media strategies, e-mail communication and “big-picture” digital strategic planning. He’s also the co-founder of, a service created to help businesses understand their risk when it comes to operating in today’s digital world. When he’s not helping his clients succeed on the Internet, he can typically be found on one of his many bicycles training for his next triathlon/mountain bike race or spending time with his wife and two golden retrievers.
